A leading yoga apparel retailer in Manchester seeks an Operations Manager. This full-time role focuses on driving efficient store operations, overseeing inventory management, and leading the store team. Ideal candidates will have prior retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the brand's mission. Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends, is essential.
The Operations Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing Alo's operational strategy to life in the store. This individual is passionate about inventory management, labor planning and scheduling — all with a lens on driving an efficient and effective store operation.
