A leading supermarket chain is seeking a passionate Store Manager in Walsall to run a multi-million store. You'll inspire your team, manage operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include sorting deliveries, scheduling hours, and managing performance to achieve sales targets. Strong experience in people management and operational efficiency is essential. Aldi offers flexible contract options with a salary based on a 45-hour work week.

Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. Aldi are also able to offer 40 hour contracts and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
