This is an opportunity for an experienced and high-performing automotive sales manager to lead the used car sales department for the prestigious Land Rover brand at Hatfields\' Liverpool dealership.

We\'re looking to recruit a commercially aware leader capable of managing a sales team to achieve profitability targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be accountable for:

• The day-to-day management of the used car sales department.


• Delivering on sales and profitability targets set for the department.


• Managing, mentoring, and developing the sales team.


• Identifying and addressing the training needs of your team members.


• Developing and implementing effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.


• Creating and communicating a clear sales action plan to the team.

• Proven experience managing a high achieving sales team within the relevant industry.


• Commercial awareness and a good understanding of market trends & manufacturer initiatives


• Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment


• Experience working in a prestige retailer


• Ability to Identify training and development needs within the team


• Ability to develop a sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team
