A prominent theatre in London is seeking a Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager to oversee box office operations. This full-time role involves maximizing ticket sales, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining relationships with producers. The ideal candidate has experience in team management, is detail-oriented, and can ensure a top-notch customer experience. This position is a maternity cover for 12 months.
Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded individual with experience in supervising or managing a team to join us as a Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager, to achieve and exceed targets, with a collaborative nature and a flexible and creative approach to assist in running our busy box office. This is a maternity cover position for 12 months. Reporting to the Sales & Ticketing Manager, you will share responsibility for managing the ticketing system, maintaining producer and stakeholder relationships and ensuring that the audience receives the best service & visitor experience.
