Title: Regional Sales Manager – Key Accounts

Location: Wales, North West England and the Central Belt

Responsibilities
  • Leading and coaching a team of Key Account Managers and Contract Sales/Specification Managers
  • Delivering ambitious volume growth targets across the region
  • Building and driving regional sales strategies aligned to wider business goals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Merchants, CDC and more
  • Managing your own portfolio of key accounts, developing senior relationships with national contractors, house builders, and large construction customers
Qualifications
  • Is confident leading people and can balance support with stretch
  • Understands how to implement strategy and drive performance through others
  • Has strong commercial and collaborative instincts
  • Can take ownership of customer relationships at senior level and lead by example
  • Brings experience in a similar sales leadership or national account role – ideally within construction, coatings, or a related industry (but we are open)
  • Experience managing a field-based team and working with large, contractor-led accounts is ideal. A background within construction, coatings, or a related industry would be a bonus – but we value leadership impact over industry knowledge.
