Rapiscan Systems is an industry leader in detection technology, providing cargo and vehicle inspection systems and services for ports, borders, military, high‑threat facilities, and checkpoints to help customers combat terrorism, drug smuggling, illegal immigration, and trade fraud. We are seeking a Lead Field Service Engineer to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of Rapiscan products across the UK and EMEA. In addition to hands‑on technical work, you will manage a regional team of 5–10 Field Service Engineers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role will cover the Heathrow area and South Regions on occasions.
