A leading supplier of building envelope products is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Northern England. This role requires a strong knowledge of the construction supply chain and focuses on developing customer relationships and maximizing sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a sales track record in the Builders Merchant sector and excellent communication skills. The package includes a competitive salary up to £45k, OTE of £85k, company car or mileage allowance, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Track record of sales in the UK Builders Merchant and Distributor sector.
• Valid UK driver's licence.
• Proven experience in managing a geographical sales area.

• Develop relationships with key customers and manage sales pipeline.
• Proactively canvass for new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure effective communication and resolution of customer queries.
