Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR & Data Compliance Administrator to support an office move in Bangor. This role involves managing and digitising confidential HR records while ensuring compliance with GDPR. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling sensitive information. This is a full-time position with occasional remote work opportunities once digitisation is underway.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of GDPR and its importance in HR.
- Previous experience with confidential HR information preferable.
- Ability to assess which documents need digitisation or destruction.
Responsibilities
- Sort, review, and organise confidential HR records.
- Digitise paper files by scanning and uploading documents.
- Ensure digital records are stored in compliance with GDPR.
