A leading infrastructure management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager for a prestigious rail project in West London. This role involves managing contract changes, commercial reporting, and optimizing stakeholder relationships. Senior Commercial Manager West London - 12 Months - Up to GBP600 per day (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Commercial Manager to work on a prestigious rail project based in West London.
Our client is a well established company, who deliver mechanical and electrical engineering expertise on large scale infrastructure projects in the UK.
The ideal individual will work within their commercial team with specific focus to lead on Commercial Management of change, value engineering, optioneering, mitigation strategies measures and controls.
This is a 12 month contract, offering a competitive daily rate of up to GBP600 per day (DOE).
The role is an integral part of the project Commercial team and will manage and lead the Commercial Management Change process working closely and collaboratively with the wider technical and construction delivery teams. The SCM/CM (Change Lead) will hold key responsibilities associated with the commercial and financial success of the project, ensuring that all change, value engineering and optioneering related opportunities are maximised and secured including full agreement with client stakeholders.
