Flexible hybrid role, aligned to one of our offices in Maidstone, London, Lincoln, Bromsgrove, Warrington, or Bristol, with regular UK‑wide travel to other sites and key client locations.
The Sales Director will play a central part in Apogee’s commercial strategy, leading a high‑performing sales division delivering workplace and IT service solutions. You will guide overall sales direction, develop leadership capability within the team, and strengthen Apogee’s market presence. The portfolio includes multi‑brand service propositions supported by the global capabilities of HP Inc.
We are seeking an individual who combines the agility of an SME mindset with the operational discipline gained from larger corporate environments. This role requires a leader who can build effective sales structure, drive performance at scale, and develop capability across the team. It is not a player‑manager position.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break.
