Our Hotel client in the heart of Cardiff are a seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead efforts to grow local and project-based corporate business, while strengthening relationships with major travel agents and key partners.
  • Nurture existing accounts and focus on securing new business through planned, coordinated sales activity.
  • Responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the entire sales function - including sales calls, research, appointment scheduling, client familiarisation visits, and contract negotiation.
  • Help maximise all sales opportunities and ensure a high conversion of enquiries.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Confident, inspiring leader with a proven background in B2B hospitality sales
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • A full driving licence, as travel is required in this role
