We're currently recruiting a dedicated Staffing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations at CH&CO on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Here's what you need to know before applying:

Who you are:

• A positive attitude and friendly approach
• At least 2 years of similar experience in a commercial environment
• Proven experience in recruitment and training
• Ability to lead and delegate effectively
• Strong people management skills
• Diplomacy, discretion, and impartial judgment
• Payroll management and/or budgeting experience
• Event/catering experience is advantageous

About the role:

The Staffing Manager should be commercially aware, managing variable payroll to meet financial targets while fulfilling operational needs.

The role involves setting and driving processes for:

• Recruitment, selection, and retention
• Labour cost management
• Learning and development initiatives
• Event planning
