Novax Recruitment seeks a seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead our Vendor and Contract Team as we continue to expand our presence across the United Kingdom. This pivotal post calls for an individual of confidence, commercial acumen, and natural leadership, capable of steering a high-performing division whilst cultivating strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and contractors alike.

The Role
  • Command and develop a dedicated vendor/contract recruitment function.
  • Drive performance, uphold service excellence, and ensure delivery across multiple frameworks.
  • Nurture and expand key client relationships, securing repeat business and fostering long-term trust.
  • Guide, inspire, and support consultants to achieve their full potential.
  • Oversee compliance, operational efficiency, and best practice throughout the team.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities within existing and emerging markets.

  • Proven experience within recruitment management, ideally with exposure to vendor management, master vendor, or contract-heavy environments.
