We are currently seeking either an experienced Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant looking for a step into management to lead and develop our SEND team based in London.

The Role

As Recruitment Manager for the SEND team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of consultants, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional recruitment service to schools and candidates. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Manager
  • Lead, manage, and develop the SEND recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and education regulations
  • Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Work closely with senior management to implement growth strategies for the SEND division
  • Ensure a high‑quality, ethical, and candidate‑focused recruitment service
About You
  • Proven experience in education recruitment, ideally within SEND
