Due to anticipated growth across Europe in 2026, we are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment professional to support our ambitions across infrastructure markets based at our head office in Moorgate. Working closely with TA leadership, you will become a key member of the team, providing sector knowledge with a thirst to progress.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment for external hires, ensuring compliance and best candidate experience.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and guide recruitment processes.
  • Building strong relationships across teams to support talent acquisition strategies.
  • Promoting internal mobility and career development opportunities.
  • Sourcing and pipeline talent using diverse channels and referral strategies.
  • Conducting proficiency and behavioural interviews, providing constructive feedback.
  • Managing internal application processes, approvals, and negotiations for global mobility.
  • Utilising TA tools and data insights to optimise recruitment performance and reporting.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and full hiring lifecycle.
  • Skilled in screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and TA processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and sector-specific expertise.
