OPR are working with a rapidly growing property management company in Exeter in search of a Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of student lets and residential properties. Our client has over £1,000,000 in turnover each year and has seen 30% growth from the previous financial year. They have a company car available for use and offer clear scope for career progression with regular salary increases along the way. We’re keen to speak with those who enjoy a busy schedule and are keen to be part of a growing business that has a huge presence in the local market. In this role you will have support from directors, (front-end) lettings negotiators and the wider team.
