- Oversee all on-site groundworks operations, ensuring safe and efficient progress
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to meet programme targets
- Maintain high standards of site health & safety and quality control
- Ensure all paperwork, daily records, RAMS, permits, and site diaries are completed accurately and on time
- Report regularly to the Project Manager with updates on progress, issues, and logistics
- Proven experience managing groundworks packages on residential or commercial builds
- Strong with site paperwork and administration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (Preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites
- Immediate start with long-term pipeline of work across multiple sites
