Site Engineer / Manager – Belfast

Description: We are hiring for our client, who has an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer / Manager to support the supervision and coordination of on-site works. This role offers exposure to civil and structural projects, working closely with site teams and sub-contractors to ensure all works are delivered to the highest HSQE standards. A perfect opportunity for a talented Site Engineer / Manager looking to develop professionally in a varied and challenging environment.

The Role
  • Assist with purchasing and acquisition of BOQ items for projects.
  • Support site team in planning civil and structural installations.

  • Manage Health & Safety documentation and enforce safe work practices.
  • Liaise with design teams and supply chain to ensure compliance.
  • Review RFIs, technical queries and submittals.

The Person
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar site engineering role with management.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office and project software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, construction and design principles.
