Job summary

A leading solar energy solutions provider is seeking a Site Manager to oversee PV project construction in City of London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, and the ability to work autonomously. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress and ensuring quality and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in PV Project construction.
• Valuable Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, desirable specialization in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Control and evaluate work on site during all phases until O&M starts.
• Supervise and organize assigned works from the perspective of Quality and Environment.
• Prepare weekly reports on progress status of the work.

Main Responsibilities

• Sitemanagerrol,controlandevaluatethesubEPCworksonsiteduringalltheconstructionandcommissioningphaseuntilstartofO&M,aswellassupervisetherequirementsand/orconditionsagreedwiththeowner/technicaladvisor,identifyingincidents,proposingandtakingactionsaccordingtothePM.
• Supervisionandorganizationoftheassignedworks,fromthepointofviewofQualityandEnvironment,aswellasmaintainingadirectdialoguewiththeDirettoredeiLavoriand/ortheRSPPoftheproject.
• Maintaininggoodrelationswithourownerinterlocutorsonsite.
• Monitoring,controlandmanagementtheconstruction(uptodate),inaccordancewiththescheduledateofthecontract.
• Prepare weekly report with the progress status of the work, deviations and most relevant tasks as well as the efficiency ratios according to the schedule.

Requirements

• Atleast5yearsofexperienceinPVProjectconstruction.
• ValuableBachelor’sDegreeinIndustrialEngineering.DesirableElectricalorMechanicalSpecialization.
• DrivingLicense.
• Usedtoworkautonomously.
• FluentinEnglish.
• Availability to travel nationally and/or internationally.
