We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a groundworks package on a busy construction project in Devon, with upcoming follow-on projects across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking to take ownership of multiple sites within a reputable and growing construction firm.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site groundworks operations, ensuring safe and efficient progress
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to meet programme targets
  • Maintain high standards of site health & safety and quality control
  • Ensure all paperwork, daily records, RAMS, permits, and site diaries are completed accurately and on time
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager with updates on progress, issues, and logistics
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing groundworks packages on residential or commercial builds
  • Strong with site paperwork and administration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (Preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites
