This role involves creating and implementing comprehensive onboarding strategies, ensuring cultural alignment, and fostering engagement among new hires. Candidates should have proven experience in designing onboarding programmes in fast-paced environments and strong project management skills. Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding programmes in high-growth environments.
- Ability to create policies and processes from scratch.
- Experience with onboarding both employees and secondees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the onboarding strategy aligned with the company vision.
- Build onboarding processes from pre-boarding to 90 days and beyond.
- Establish onboarding KPIs and feedback loops to assess engagement.
