A leading Main Contractor seeks a Project Manager to oversee high-rise projects in the UK. Responsibilities include ensuring design quality, site management, planning resources, and client relations. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering, with a strong background in delivering substantial new build commercial projects. Experience managing teams and effective communication skills are also essential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £3M+.
- Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual.

Job Title – Project Manager
Project – High Rise
Job Location – United Kingdom – weekly travel
Salary – £50K-£60K
About the Company
Experienced Site Engineer required to set out for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have seen outstanding growth and increased turnover in recent years.
Projects range in value up to £100M across NI and Mainland UK.
The Role
- Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
- Day to day running of Site
- Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
- Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
- Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
- Providing specialist technical leadership
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong Engineering / Trades / Building Background
- Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £3M+
- Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
- IT and standard industry software skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
- Experience of managing and developing a team
