A recruitment platform is seeking a Business Change Project Manager for a 12-month FTC role in Doncaster. The successful candidate will lead projects, manage change, and engage stakeholders to drive efficiencies. Experience with PRINCE2/APM and strong communication skills are required. This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 with on-site work 2-3 days per week.

The Business Change Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting projects across the business, driving efficiencies, managing change, and ensuring successful delivery. This will include engaging stakeholders and managing resistance to change, driving adoption of new processes, and tracking benefits, risks and progress with clear reporting.
