Overview

Experienced Project Manager to locally manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.

As part of a wider international team the Project Manager will be required to manage the local implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in Mannok on behalf of the Steering Group within the constraints laid down by them. The Project Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified tolerances of time, cost & quality. They are accountable to the Project Steering Group for the progress of the project provided regular reports and updates on progress at regular intervals as agreed with the PMO Manager. The project will involve working with local business process owners and an international project and integration team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end local implementation of SuccessFactors coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, project updates, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilise PM tools to create customized dashboards and reporting for project tracking and decision-making.
  • Manage data integration efforts ensuring secure and efficient data migration, transformation, and storage.
  • Develop comprehensive project reports and analyses to keep stakeholders informed and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee wave deployments ensuring they are aligned with the organization’s needs and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and project information, creating a reliable knowledge base for current and future projects.
  • Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and PRINCE2 to maintain project structure, streamline workflows, and manage risks effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement in future waves.
Required skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience in HR or a Human Capital Management platform implementation would be of benefit.
  • Background in data integration and management.
  • Solid experience with SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and project resource management.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective project plans and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder expectations, leading teams, and maintaining alignment across projects.
