Overview

Job Title: Temp Project Manager/Project Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Vacancy. Type: 3 Month Temp Rolling. Area: Leeds - Hybrid - Potentially remote. Salary: DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver New Product Development (NPD) programmes that support strategic company growth.
  • Support cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and execute high-value innovation programmes.
  • Support project governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with newly acquired entities to integrate responsibilities and drive project success.
  • Support continuous improvement in PMO processes and programme efficiency.
  • Support financial planning and reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Development.
  • Develop data sets and visualisations to support portfolio management and decision-making.
  • Support pipeline development initiatives with Regulatory, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and Portfolio teams.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
  • Recent proven project success, ideally within Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical Devices.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Scientific, Business, or Project Management).
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing external and internal partnerships.
  • Recent proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (essential).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • APM or PMP qualification.
