A leading foreign exchange provider is seeking a Bureau Manager to oversee operations in a busy retail environment. You will lead a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver exceptional customer service and manage foreign exchange transactions. As an integral part of Tesco Travel Money, you will be placed on-site in one of our bustling Bureaus within a Tesco retail store. Thousands of customers will visit daily, many seeking help and guidance on foreign exchange. We aim to be the preferred provider of foreign exchange and to deliver detailed, concise advice paired with an exceptional customer experience.

Step 2 - You will be invited to an online interview with our Talent Acquisition team, including a small numerical and accuracy test.
Step 3 - Successful candidates will visit the bureau to meet the Area Manager and see the working environment.
Step 4 - If all goes well, you'll be offered a position at Travelex. Unsuccessful candidates will receive detailed feedback.
As part of onboarding, you will need to clear our reference check standards, supported by our dedicated team.
