Job title: Project Procurement Administrator

Start date: ASAP - depending on security clearance
Pay rate/ Benefits: 27,000
Location: Chorley
Hours of work: 40 hours per week , Monday - Thursday

Provision of administrative support to the project Procurement team; and support the wider project team.

• Support Procurement team in drafting and sending tender enquiries to suppliers for goods and services
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes and assign and monitor actions as requested
• Helping to problem solve queries and issues with orders or invoices in an efficient and timely manner
• Assist with management and maintenance Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\'s)
• Chasing up purchase orders as required or requested
• Review order acknowledgements for accuracy, raise anomalies with relevant stakeholder
• Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain
• Assisting with raising purchase orders for lower value requirements
• Supporting the purchasing team with project specific administration and data collection
• Compiling and circulating documents and information as required
• Preparing and managing project action trackers as directed
• Updating and maintaining project folders in accordance with Supply Chain Process
• Maintain Approved Supplier List and associated tasks
• Data entry

• UK National Security Vetting Status - All candidates must be able to obtain SC clearance
