My client is a reputable regional civil engineering contractor with an extensive amount of works secured on frameworks across the north west. Due to this expansion, they require a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team. They deliver infrastructure projects such as Roads, Bridges, utilities and rail.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of sub contractors
• Preparation and submission of external applications for payment
• Identification, pricing and agreement of change
• Valuation of agreement of sub contractor accounts
• Commercial management of the projects

Qualifications

• BSc, NVQ4 or MSC Qualification
• Relevant CSCS card
• Understanding of various forms of measurement and NEC engineering and construction contracts
• Excellent communication skills and a natural problem solver with commercial acumen
