A UK public service organization is hiring a Portfolio Analyst to support the delivery of its Corporate Change Portfolio. As a Portfolio Analyst in the Transformation and Change Hub, you'll play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of our Corporate Change Portfolio. This role sits at the heart of the Transformation and Change Directorate, supporting the strategic oversight of major programmes and projects. You'll work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned to organisational priorities and delivered effectively. Your analysis and insight will help inform decisions, monitor cumulative change impact, and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes. This is a dynamic and collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about enabling change that makes a real difference.
You are also asked to complete a statement of no more than 250 words for each behaviour setting out how you consider your personal skills, qualities and experience match the specified behaviours and requirements. In addition, you need to demonstrate the Crown Prosecution Service or Civil Service values.
