Project Manager - Manchester / North West England

As GRAHAM continues to expand across the North West, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of major construction projects in Manchester and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Residential, Student Accommodation, or Commercial/Office developments, with project values typically ranging from £20M to £100M.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day project operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Support the Senior Project Manager in planning and delivering project milestones.
Coordinate resources effectively to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
Foster a collaborative and proactive site culture.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to GRAHAM's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Monitor site activities to maintain high levels of workmanship and compliance.
Assist in implementing company procedures and industry best practices.
Project Delivery & Reporting
Track project progress against programme and budget.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Support procurement and cost control in collaboration with the commercial team.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project goals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to maintain strong working relationships.
Attend site meetings and contribute to progress reporting and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
