Job Title: Senior Building Safety Project Manager

Join our dynamic Building Safety and Compliance team, where we are on a mission to uphold and advance safety standards across all housing assets. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Building Safety Project Manager to lead vital projects that ensure regulatory compliance and safety benchmarks are met.

• Review defects and deficiencies in assigned schemes with a keen eye for detail.
• Project Manage schemes from initial design scope through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Guide projects through the RIBA design stages, aligning with the Gateways outlined in the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Create and maintain a golden thread" of documentation throughout each scheme, even if it’s not currently classified as an HRB.

• Deliver capital works programmes to address defects in the housing stock managed by our organisation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Implement effective risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and cost parameters.

• A strong background in building regulations, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects within the public sector or related fields.
• An excellent understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and its implications on project management.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
