Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major 12-month scheme in Southampton. The project combines major refurbishment, multi‑rise residential fit out, multi‑rise demolition and remediation, and full residential refurbishment. This position is ideal for a leader with a track record of managing complex, multi‑stage residential or high‑rise schemes and driving successful project outcomes.
Our client is a specialist principal contractor and designer known for delivering high‑quality external wall and façade packages across the UK. Their core capabilities include:
- SFS (Steel Framing Systems)
- Rainscreen cladding
- Curtain walling
- Bespoke architectural metalwork
- Rendering and external envelope packages
With more than 15 years of sector expertise, they are a trusted delivery partner for major recladding, building safety, and façade refurbishment programmes, particularly for tier‑one housing associations.
- Independent third‑party certification
- Continuous workforce training and assessment
- Strong compliance with building safety and façade standards
- Excellent communication and resident liaison during complex works
- Lead the project from pre‑construction through delivery and handover
- Manage programme, cost, safety, and quality controls
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, including fit out, demolition, remediation, and façade elements
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and supply chain performance
- Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder management
- Ensure project milestones, budgets, and compliance targets are achieved
- Oversee risk management, reporting, and project planning activities
