A leading engineering consultancy in Blackburn is launching a Graduate Programme for recent graduates in Project Management, Business, Science, or Engineering. Participants will gain exposure to the nuclear industry, develop technical and professional skills, and take part in departmental rotations. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. This full-time position requires UK residency and offers relocation support.

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to get you up to speed quickly give you exposure to live projects and help you develop both technical and professional skills.
Over the two-year self-directed programme youll gain a unique insight into the nuclear industry . This starts with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions . Within our programme there will be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help grow your knowledge skills and behaviours .
What Were Looking For
Were looking for graduates with a degree in Project Management Business Science or Engineering who are ready to take their first step into a career delivering complex and meaningful projects .

With strong communication and organisational skills youll be comfortable managing multiple priorities building relationships and keeping teams aligned. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset will help you spot challenges early and find practical solutions. Above all youll be motivated to learn grow and make an impact in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and initiative are key.
To join our Graduate Scheme you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident as this is required for the type of work we do. Youll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
As part of the programme you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK and well provide relocation support where needed.
