About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major 12-month scheme in Southampton. The project combines major refurbishment, multi‑rise residential fit out, multi‑rise demolition and remediation, and full residential refurbishment. This position is ideal for a leader with a track record of managing complex, multi‑stage residential or high‑rise schemes and driving successful project outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the project from pre‑construction through delivery and handover
• Manage programme, cost, safety, and quality controls
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, including fit out, demolition, remediation, and façade elements
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and supply chain performance
• Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder management
• Ensure project milestones, budgets, and compliance targets are achieved
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and project planning activities
