Job summary

A well established M&E contractor in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of electrical installations on varied projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of electrical and mechanical systems, project management experience on projects up to £10M, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £75K plus a package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical projects up to the value of £10M.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and working understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead teams, manage programmes, and deliver within budget.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Oversee site installations, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor and support site teams to drive performance and delivery.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are met and maintained throughout the project.
