A prestigious restaurant in Greater London is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards. The role involves supervising employees, managing customer complaints, and promoting the restaurant's brand values. Flexibility is required, working five days a week, including weekends. The ideal candidate will assist in training new staff and will ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Responsabilités
