A leading home care provider is looking for a Care Planner in Eastbourne. This role involves ensuring client visits are covered and supporting the branch manager. Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday. 9am-5pm.
Contractually obligated to;
One weekday evening on call per week (included in salary).
One weekend per month (paid in addition to salary).

You will be assisting and supporting your Branch Manager in ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met.

You will be working with Prestige Nursing & Care Nursing & Care, an established and growing brand, currently celebrating its 80th year.
