We're looking for a Factory Manager who can keep our food production facility running like a well oiled machine. What you'll be doing:

• Run the show across all factory operations.
• Plan production schedules so we hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Balance raw materials, labour, and resources to keep costs under control.
• Carry out performance reviews and support people's growth.
• Make sure we've got the right staffing levels to meet demand.
• Champion lean manufacturing and smarter workflows.
• Support new tech and production line rollouts.
• Manage budgets and track KPIs.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in food manufacturing or FMCG production management.
• HACCP, IOSH, Health & Safety, Food hygiene and safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
