• A very exciting opportunity to lead a specialist treatment-only referral dental clinic.
• The practice offers a wide range of specialist private treatments including Implants, Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery by UK and International renowned Clinicians with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further.
• We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth.

• Salary up to £40k depending on experience.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
• You will enjoy being part of a team that's passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
