Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
• Bring experience from Early Years settings and understand the EYFS framework.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and ensure high-quality care during Beach School sessions.
• Collaborate on seasonal planning that follows children’s interests.
• Manage beach resources and maintain risk assessments.
