Location: Homebased Working*

Working hours: Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm (there will be an element of on-call with this role)

What you’ll do

To ensure that our UK Business customers receive the best possible customer experience and quickest possible resolution of their query. The Business Care Incident Management (BCIM) Team are a point of escalation for the Business Care Service Desk(s) who are the interface for customers into Vodafone. The BCIM team is fundamental to the customer perception of Vodafone and pivotal in setting the tone for the ongoing customer engagement.

  • Incident Management – Being the first point of contact and taking ownership of resolutions and driving the resolution for customer satisfaction.
  • Taking accountability for proactive and reactive customer communication. Alongside providing timely, relevant and useful input in line with client agreed SLAs.
  • Continuous Service Improvement – identification of opportunities within the operation to reduce process and support gaps.
  • Improve customer experience, reduce escalation and improve client NPS whilst following ISO guidelines.
  • Working closely with stakeholders both internal and external, to improve customer experience and satisfaction to a high level.
Who you are
