Production Manager (Editing + Social Content Experience Required)

Who We Are

We’re a digital marketing agency that specialises in content creation, social media management, and strategy for brands in food and hospitality. We also run our own high-output content machine, producing large volumes of original content for our brand, podcast, and platforms. We reach over 3 million viewers per month and have built an online community of 287,000+ followers. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards, organization, and timeliness.

We seek a highly organized Production Manager with hands-on experience managing editors, overseeing content workflows, and producing high-performing social media content.

If you lack proven experience and are not highly proficient with the tools listed below, this role may not be suitable for you.

Required Experience:

• Managing deadlines, leading editors, tracking assets, and ensuring content quality from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of social media content performance and shaping content accordingly.

This role requires prior experience managing editors and overseeing post-production workflows. It is not suitable for beginners or those still learning on the job.

Tools You Must Be Proficient In:

• Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• Monday.com
• Canva
• Iconosquare
• G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Dropbox

Tasks You Will Handle:

• Creating pre-production plans, shoot outlines, timelines, and schedules.
• Developing creative treatments for visual and narrative concepts.
• Preparing shot lists and production schedules.
• Creating post-production briefs for editors.
• Reviewing and quality-controlling content drafts.
• Managing asset delivery and ensuring proper file management.

Role Details:

• Location: UK-based

• Remote: 90%

• Working hours: 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday (flexible with deadlines)

• Occasional in-person days and quarterly meetings

• Start date: Immediate upon interview completion

• Equipment: Own laptop and hard drives required

• Salary: £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience
