My client is a dynamic and exciting media company, rapidly growing and hugely successful. They produce a range of extremely popular podcasts and news stories. Looking for an emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO on a 12 month maternity cover. This role is extremely busy, with private and business duties, and you will act as the eyes and ears for the principal. You will understand what is going on across all departments, sit in management meetings and will be exposed to all sorts of confidential business decisions.
This is a wonderful role for someone who does everything with a smile, can handle vast amounts of last minute changes, complex travel plans and always stays unflappable and calm.
This role is looking for someone to start in mid April.
The role is office based with flexible working as business dictates (i.e. when the principal is travelling).
