A leading educational staffing agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor for immediate start in High Wycombe. The role involves supervising classes during teacher absences, managing student behaviour, and supporting learning. Ideal for graduates or those seeking classroom experience. Qualifications
- Experience working with young people in education or related fields.
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students.

Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage student behaviour.
- Support pupils with their learning.
- Follow school policies on safeguarding and health & safety.
Skills
Location: High Wycombe Immediate Start Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay: £115 £130 per day (depending on experience)

Job Description:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils with their learning and maintain a positive learning environment
- Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and classroom engagement
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with young people (in education, sports coaching, or similar roles)
- Be confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills
- Be adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
