What You Will Do:

• Deliver client-centred treatments incorporating both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing harm reduction advice, guidance, and support.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate structured one-on-one and group sessions, as well as accredited treatment programmes.
• Collaborate with healthcare, transitional, housing, employment, and other services to prepare individuals for release.
• Measure outcomes and maintain cooperative relationships with partner agencies.
• Engage in flexible working hours, which may include weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
• Ensure the ethical and legal management of client information and responsibilities are upheld.
