As the Production Technician, you will work alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that is constantly growing and developing. They are looking to bring on new talents like yourself and help you develop your skills for growth within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

• Assembling, inspecting, and testing products to ensure they meet specifications
• Disassembling, surveying, inspecting, documenting, and repairing products
• Reading, interpreting, and following technical engineering documents
• Following instructions and documentation precisely
• Managing processes related to FOD, Tool Control, Electrostatic Discharge, and Asset Security
• Participating in health & safety training and roles (e.g., fire marshal)
• Identifying issues and engaging in problem-solving activities to find root causes and solutions
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Performing preventive maintenance and calibration tasks, reporting issues
• Maintaining records of assembly, testing, and inspection activities
• Working within a highly technical, secure, and complex environment
• Attaining and maintaining IPC-A-610 standard for electronic assemblies
