Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Operation Centres or Datacentres.
• Familiarity with installation, termination and testing of cabling techniques.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Racks and stacks customer equipment.
• Installs and tests customer equipment and cabinets.
• Maintains detailed written records of work activity.
• Responds to alarms in accordance with procedures.

Skills

Customer Service experience

Experience with Cat5e / Cat6a / Fibre Cabling

Previous ISP or Telco Background

Good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP)
