• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.

• Excellent communication and organizing skills are required.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Stockport.

Responsibilities

• Work on education projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build relationships.
