Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Resourcing Coordinator will own our resourcing programme, supporting CF’s project delivery by assigning the best teams to ensure high-quality work. Collaborating with the People Team, you will help deliver an excellent employee experience, focusing on cost efficiency and effective resourcing. Your role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our team to facilitate smooth business operations and project execution.

Our People Strategy aims to support CF’s company objectives by positioning us as an employer of choice and an 'irresistible organisation' for our employees. Resourcing is key to this strategy, influencing team deployment, skill development, and career opportunities.

The Resourcing Coordinator will work closely with the People Advisor and Talent Partner to ensure a seamless onboarding process for employees and contractors, providing transparency about project roles and value from day one. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact individual career development at CF.

Responsibilities
  1. Bid Development:
  2. Review project requirements and resource availability; maintain capacity forecasts.
  3. Engage with delivery leadership and business development to propose resource allocations, ensuring fee tables reflect these plans.
  4. Maintain understanding of the bid pipeline for short/medium term planning.
  5. Prioritize project requirements aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  6. Project Mobilisation and Delivery:
  7. Manage resourcing rules to ensure project success.
  8. Recommend appropriate resources considering workload and skills.
  9. Design and monitor resourcing KPIs using CRM reporting.
  10. Adjust team profiles as project scopes or timelines change, maintaining profit margins.
  11. Ensure accountability for resource decisions and compliance with guidelines.
  12. Cost Management:
  13. Collaborate on cost tables and manage associate usage to meet financial targets.
  14. Design project teams with a focus on cost margins and balanced resource utilization.
  15. Follow pay benchmarks for associates, especially when roles differ from usual.
  16. Talent and Wellbeing Support:
  17. Understand team skills and interests to assign challenging and engaging projects.
  18. Maintain skills matrix and support team wellbeing and development.
  19. Review work allocation to meet utilisation targets and ensure fair distribution of time spent away from London.
  20. Communication:
  21. Communicate resourcing decisions clearly and sensitively.
  22. Engage in face-to-face discussions for challenging decisions.
  23. Maintain regular communication with the associate pool and manage resource administration queries.
  24. Notify staff of project assignments in advance and share weekly resourcing updates.
  25. Escalate significant resourcing challenges promptly.
  26. Manage bench resources in coordination with CPO and CTO.
  27. Ensure new hires are briefed on their projects before joining.
  28. Associate Management:
  29. Manage associate contracts, availability, and skills.
  30. Support retention through strong relationships and positive interactions.
  31. Evaluate feedback for offboarding and support engagement initiatives.
  32. About us
  33. CF is dedicated to healthcare improvement through consulting and data services, working with health systems and the life sciences industry at various levels.
  34. Required experience includes handling resourcing in professional services, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
  35. Additional benefits include generous holiday entitlement, income protection, enhanced sick pay, life insurance, family leave policies, financial assistance schemes, flexible working, wellness programs, and various health and fitness benefits.
  36. We operate a hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office and offering up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.
