Qualifications

• Fluency in either French or German.

• Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients in the life sciences and medical industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
• Source and interview candidates via phone and in-person.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
• Provide support to colleagues and contribute to team success.
